Child Care
Children under the age of 12 are not permitted on the show floor at any time. Professional child care services are available on-site with our provider, Accent On Childcare, who has won years of consistent praise from parents attending the show. Call 504.524.0188 or submit a registration form. Infants under 6 months are permitted on the show floor only if kept in a front-wearing carrier at all times. Please visit the Registration desk to receive an approved Baby Pass.
Food & Beverages
Complimentary coffee service is provided daily from 8-10:30am at the Buyer & Exhibitor Lounge, located on the Concourse opposite Hall D doors. Java City, on the Concourse between Halls A & B, serves coffee, tea and pastries through the day. The Concession Stand at the rear of aisles 2300-2400 offers a convenient grab-n-go selection of sandwiches, salads and snacks. A wide variety of lunch options can be found across from the Convention Center at Philadelphia’s famous Reading Terminal Market.
Coat Check
Coat and luggage check is available on the 100-level Concourse directly beneath Exhibit Hall C.
Press & VIP Lounge
Media representatives should first visit the Press Lounge on the Concourse opposite Hall D doors to claim their badges and request an authorized camera pass. Review the credential requirements and pre-register online.
Preferred Gallery Amenities
Pre-registered Preferred Gallery buyers are encouraged to avoid the lines at Registration by picking up their badges, event tickets and tote bag in the Press & VIP Lounge. On Sunday, February 19, join us for the Preferred Gallery luncheon, 12:30-2pm in Rm 113A (tickets required).
Copy & Fax Services
For your convenience, a FedEx Business Center will be open during show hours. The Business Center is located in the Pennsylvania Convention Center on the second floor between the entrances to Halls B & C. Phone: 215.925.1218. Fax: 215.923.2360.
Fashion Show
Professional fashion shows featuring wearable fiber and accessories will take place on the runway at the end of aisles 2000-2100 on Feb. 18 & 19 from 12:30-1:30pm.
